We only process children’s personal data in relation to events and products which we offer such as birthday parties where the information is freely supplied by their parents or guardians. We will always seek parental consent from parents or guardians whenever we process the data.

When we do store Children’s data, we will always try to ascertain their parental data as well to allow us to contact them in case of accident and emergency.

Our website allows people of all ages to register for news and special offers without an age verification, but content supplied will always be acceptable to all ages.

For very good reasons, we may keep your data for longer than the periods provided, such as if you were unfortunately involved in a safety incident. If we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons, we will make sure that your privacy is protected and only use it for those purposes.

Following this period, your data and all data will be permanently deleted from our systems and will no longer be accessible.
